Description
The ZONESUN ZS-JF45 Automatic Electronic Counting Machine is designed for counting and filling candies, chewing gum and other free-flowing solid pieces into bottles.
It uses multi-stage vibration feeding and photoelectric counting to separate and count products accurately before automatic bottle dispensing. The machine is designed for piece counting, rather than weighing or volumetric filling.

PLC Touchscreen Control
The touchscreen allows operators to set the target piece count, machine speed and other operating parameters while monitoring machine status.
90° Tiltable Hopper
The hopper can tilt for easier material unloading, cleaning and routine maintenance when changing products.
Automatic Counting & Bottle Filling
The machine coordinates bottle positioning with the preset piece count so each bottle can receive the programmed quantity before moving to the next station.
Photoelectric Counting System
Photoelectric sensors detect individual pieces as they pass through the counting channels. Reliable counting requires products to be sufficiently separated and consistently detectable by the sensor.
4-Stage Adjustable Vibrating Platform
Multiple vibration stages help separate and distribute the product before counting. Vibration intensity should be adjusted according to product shape, weight and surface behavior.
