Description
The ZONESUN ZS-LMC2 is an automatic precision CCD camera laser marking and positioning machine engineered for applications requiring accurate positioning and repeatable laser marking. Its integrated CCD vision positioning system (6.3 MP camera) automatically recognizes workpieces and locates the predefined marking area — the laser then performs marking according to the detected position, minimizing manual alignment and fixture dependence during production.
The machine achieves a specified processing accuracy of ±0.01 mm and supports adjustable marking speeds. It can be configured with multiple laser sources (1064 nm infrared, blue, CO₂, CO₂ excimer, UV) , with marking areas ranging from 50 × 50 mm to 175 × 175 mm. Available in 110V and 220V for global deployment. Suitable materials and marking effects should be confirmed according to the actual product sample and selected laser configuration.

Key Features
✅ CCD Vision Positioning — Automatic Workpiece Recognition: 6.3 MP CCD camera automatically captures the workpiece image and identifies the required target marking position, reducing dependence on manual alignment and improving positioning consistency across production runs.
✅ ±0.01 mm Processing Accuracy: Specified processing accuracy of ±0.01 mm supports precise positioning and consistent laser marking placement for applications requiring tight tolerances.
✅ 1,000–3,000 mm/s Marking Speed: High-speed laser processing at 1,000–3,000 mm/s depending on the selected laser configuration and actual marking content, enabling efficient production throughput.
✅ Automatic Marking Platform — Integrated Workpiece Handling: Motion platform positions and transfers compatible workpieces through the vision detection and laser marking area, enabling an automated Positioning → CCD Detection → Target Recognition → Laser Marking workflow.
✅ Multiple Laser Sources — Flexible Material Compatibility: Configurable with 1064 nm infrared, blue, CO₂, CO₂ excimer, or UV laser sources (5–50 W) for different material and marking application requirements.
✅ Multiple Marking Areas — 50×50 to 175×175 mm: Wide range of marking field options from 50 × 50 mm to 175 × 175 mm accommodates different workpiece sizes and marking content layouts.
✅ Integrated Vision & Laser Software: Centralized software combines image recognition, marking position adjustment, artwork setup, and laser parameter control in one interface for streamlined marking task setup.
✅ Reduced Fixture Dependence: Vision-assisted positioning reduces reliance on precise manual product placement or dedicated fixtures for compatible workpieces, supporting more flexible production workflows.
✅ Traceability & Variable Content Marking: Configurable for logos, text, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, and traceability information on compatible workpieces for product identification and manufacturing traceability applications.
Applications
- QR Code & Barcode Laser Marking: Automatic CCD-positioned laser marking of QR codes, Data Matrix codes, and barcodes on compatible products, packaging components, and electronic parts for traceability and inventory management.
- Logo & Brand Marking: Precision laser engraving of logos, brand names, and graphic marks on compatible metal, plastic, ceramic, and other material surfaces for product branding and identification.
- Serial Number & Traceability Marking: Variable serial number, batch code, and traceability code marking on compatible workpieces for manufacturing quality control, product tracking, and regulatory compliance marking.
- Electronic Component Marking: Precision laser marking of PCBs, electronic components, sensors, connectors, and semiconductor parts requiring accurate positioning and consistent marking placement within tight tolerances.
- Metal Part & Hardware Marking: Laser marking of compatible metal parts, machined components, tools, and hardware products for part identification, specification marking, and permanent product traceability.
- Cosmetic & Packaging Component Marking: CCD-positioned laser marking of caps, bottles, tubes, and cosmetic packaging components where automatic vision recognition reduces fixture requirements for variable-position marking.
- Irregularly Positioned Workpiece Marking: CCD vision positioning is specifically suited for applications where workpieces are not placed in exactly the same position each cycle — the vision system identifies the target marking area before laser processing regardless of minor placement variation.
