Description

The ZONESUN ZS-PG10 is an automatic vision-guided perfume sample cap assembly machine. Equipped with a vision positioning system, it guides the robotic arm to precisely pick and place box caps into grooves on the packaging carrier. A secondary conveyor then inserts sample bottles into the upper slot of the packaging cap, followed by the pressing unit that firmly secures the cap in place.

The machine supports signal linkage with downstream modules such as laser marking systems, enabling a seamless, continuous automated production line. The ZS-PG10 itself focuses on cap placing, bottle inserting, and cap pressing — delivering stable, accurate, and efficient assembly at 60–80 pcs/min for perfume sample packaging lines.
