Description
The ZONESUN ZS-QW500 is a semi-automatic aerosol filling machine designed for both male and female valves, including Bag-on-Valve (BOV) systems. Running at 500–600 cans/hr, it supports filling volumes of 50–250 ml with high accuracy (≤ ±1%). Featuring flexible adaptation, precision piston dosing, and superior sealing reliability, it ensures efficient, safe, and contamination-free aerosol production.This machine is widely applied for filling various liquids and propellant gases such as LPG, DME, N₂, and CO₂, making it suitable for cosmetics (hydration sprays), household products (air fresheners), industrial sprays (anti-rust lubricants), and food aerosols.
