Description

The ZONESUN ZS-TB700D Automatic Top, Bottom & Side Bottle Labeling Machine is designed for multi-surface labeling of round jars, bottles and rigid containers. It integrates automatic bottle feeding, side labeling, top labeling, bottle turnover and bottom labeling into one continuous process.

With a speed of up to 60 bottles/min, the system reduces manual container handling and supports efficient multi-position labeling. Label positions, bottle handling parts and machine settings can be customized according to the container and label specifications.

Working Process

Bottle Feeding → Side Labeling → Top Labeling → Automatic Turnover → Bottom Labeling → Finished Product

The turnover mechanism changes the container orientation during conveying so the bottom surface can be labeled automatically.
