The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180X17 Automatic Perfume Filling, Capping and Labeling Line is designed for automated packaging of perfume and other compatible low-viscosity liquids in small bottles. It integrates bottle grouping and uprighting, dual-head peristaltic pump filling, automatic cap placement and capping, bottle transfer, and horizontal labeling into one continuous production process.

The filling system supports a recommended volume of 15–150 ml with an output of approximately 40 bottles/min. Customized filling nozzles and capping tooling can be configured according to bottle openings and closure structures.

This perfume packaging line combines the ZS-AFC17 automatic filling and capping machine with the ZS-TB823 horizontal labeling machine, making it suitable for compatible small round perfume bottles requiring integrated filling, closing and labeling automation.

Production speed: 50–200 bottles/min is the standalone labeling machine specification, not the output of the complete line. Actual integrated throughput depends on the filling volume, liquid behavior, bottle and cap design, labeling requirements and coordinated machine settings. Confirm performance using your actual packaging and product.

How the Perfume Packaging Line Works

1. Bottle grouping: bottles are aligned and directed into the handling channels.
2. Uprighting and positioning: bottles are placed vertically onto the rotary plate.
3. Filling: two peristaltic filling heads dispense the set quantity of liquid.
4. Cap placement and closing: caps are placed and secured using tooling selected for the closure.
5. Transfer: closed bottles move to the horizontal labeling section.
6. Label application: bottles rotate while labels are applied.

Applications and Packaging Compatibility

This line is intended for perfume packaging and other compatible low-viscosity liquid applications. It is particularly relevant to small round bottles that can be handled by the horizontal labeling system. The standard labeling specification covers bottles 10–30 mm in diameter and less than 129 mm in height; the filling volume range alone does not establish bottle compatibility.

For bottles outside this range, unusual bottle shapes, spray pumps or special closures, send samples or dimensioned drawings for a configuration review. Confirm the required closing method for each cap; compatibility with screw caps, press-on caps or crimped perfume pumps must be assessed individually.

For alcohol-based perfume, provide the formulation and installation requirements so the required electrical and safety configuration can be assessed before ordering.
