Feature

PRODUCT DETAILS
NUMERICAL CONTROL PANEL
The operating panel controls the filling time and waiting time as needed. The machine supports manual and automatic modes, and the production quantity can be preset.
FOUR FILLING NOZZLES
The four nozzles can fill at the same time or operate individually. Each nozzle speed is controlled separately, and the nozzle height can be adjusted to the bottle height.
ADJUSTABLE FEED INLET
The feed inlet width can be adjusted for bottles with diameters within 200 mm. Conveyor speed and forward or reverse movement can be controlled as needed.
INTELLIGENT ELECTRIC EYE
The electric eye detects bottles, and its sensitivity can be adjusted to help reduce operating errors.
COLLECTING TRAY
The collecting tray gathers filled bottles and measures approximately 32 × 28 cm.
BAROMETER
The barometer monitors air pressure in real time. An air compressor is required and sold separately.
