The vibratory bowl feeder uses vibrators to orient and align the caps in a controlled manner, ensuring a steady and consistent supply of caps for the capping process.
The bottle clamp mechanism serves two primary functions: precise positioning of the bottle caps onto the bottles and controlling the transportation of the bottles.
At the capping station, a descending head comes into action. The thread forming wheels spin around the shell and press against it to conform to the existing threads of the bottle and locking ring.
The adjustable nature of the sensor allows it to be positioned and oriented in different angles, making it easier to align with the bottles regardless of their orientation or position. This flexibility ensures accurate detection and efficient capping.
