DESCRIPTION
This is a tabletop filler capper machine. It adopts 4 magnetic pumps for filling, ensuring high accuracy. For the capping process, it is equipped with a mechanism of 4 rubber wheels, making it suitable for sealing most of the screw tops. FILLING
The machine is equipped with four magnetic pumps and four diving heads, ensuring high filling accuracy during the filling process.
CAPPING
Driven by two stepping motors, the capping station uses four rubber wheels to clamp and screw the lids, ensuring a tight seal.
CONTROLS AND SENSOR
PLC controls provide a user-friendly HMI, while the photoelectric sensor supports automatic detection. An air compressor is required and sold separately.
SCALABILITY
