DESCRIPTION
Introducing our latest addition to the packaging machine family - the Pneumatic Perfume Capping Machine! This machine is designed specifically for capping perfume bottles and is powered by an external air compressor (not included). It comes with a foot pedal for easy operation and a height-adjustable head for precise capping. The capping head is also removable and interchangeable, with multiple sizes to fit different bottle mouth sizes.

CAPPING HEAD SIZE
Standard capping heads are available for 13 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, and 20 mm bottle openings. Measure the bottle opening diameter before selecting the capping head.
SEALING
The replaceable alloy-steel crimping head can be customized for different perfume sprayer sizes.
HOW TO ADJUST THE CRIMPING HEAD
1. Remove the screw from the core of the crimping head with an Allen key.
2. Place the spray cap in the crimping head, then turn the core clockwise to adjust the depth.
3. Make sure the spray cap is aligned with the bottom of the crimping head, as shown in the reference image.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The height of the crimping head is adjustable to accommodate different bottle heights.
PNEUMATIC COMPONENTS
The pneumatic foot switch supports convenient operation, while the air bleed valve provides an additional safety function. The oil-water separator conditions the air supply. An air compressor is required and sold separately.
