FORMING AREA
Films passed through the form mold, will be heated and compressed to achieve a consistent size and shape, used for storing liquids during filling. The molds can be customized according to customer size requirements.

FILLING NOZZLE
Made of stainless steel, it can fill liquid accurate. The small filling nozzle with anti-dripping function, ensuring filling accuracy and production cleanliness.

PERISTALTIC PUMP
With peristaltic pump filling, the liquid doesn't pass through a pump, ensuring filling purity and making it easy to replace tube. The filling volume can be adjustable.

CUTTING AREA
After filling and sealing, the machine will automatically and neatly cut the card/discharge them. Save labor cost and improve working efficiency.
