DESCRIPTION

This is a semi-automatic spout pouch filling and capping machine. It is designed with a platform holding the bags. The machine features a 4-head filling design, allowing simultaneous filling of four pouches at a time. After filling, the operator manually places the caps onto the pouches and uses a manual capping machine to securely seal the spouts.

FILLING NOZZLES

The quantity of filling nozzles can be customized as needed.

CONTROL PANEL

The simple control panel controls filling volume by setting the filling time and speed. The filling speed of each nozzle can be controlled separately.

CAPPING HEAD

The capping head can be changed according to the bottle cap size. The spring balance makes operation less labor-intensive.

POUCH HANGING SLOT

The pouch hanging slot can be customized and can accommodate two pouch sizes at the same time.
