Description

The ZONESUN ZS-AFC18 is an automatic vial filling and dual-station crimp capping machine designed for compatible small-dose liquid containers. It integrates vial unscrambling, conveyor feeding, 4-head magnetic pump filling, automatic closure placement, and dual-station crimp capping in one continuous automated process.

A star-wheel indexing system precisely positions and secures each vial through the filling, closure placement, and crimp capping stations. Four magnetic pump heads dispense 5–50 ml. The line operates at approximately 60–70 bottles/min and can operate independently or integrate with upstream bottle washing and drying equipment for a complete vial processing line.
