Description

The ZONESUN ZS-FS80P is designed for packaging cosmetic creams, gels, ointments, lotions, and other compatible products into plastic or laminated tubes. Its piston filling system supports accurate dispensing across different tube and filling formats.

After filling, the machine heat-seals the tube tail and applies batch or date information. Automatic registration-mark positioning helps maintain the correct orientation of printed tube packaging before sealing.

Important Note

This machine requires an external water chiller for proper operation. Please ensure a compatible water-cooling system is connected before starting the machine. Contact us for chiller specifications or configuration assistance.

PLC Touchscreen Control

Set filling volume, production speed, sealing parameters, and other settings through the touchscreen, with production monitoring and fault alarm functions.

Automatic Tube Feeding & Orientation

Automatically feeds plastic tubes into the holders, while a photoelectric sensor detects registration marks for accurate orientation and consistent tube alignment during sealing.

Stainless Steel Hopper

Provides stable material supply to the filling system for continuous production, with a stainless-steel design for convenient cleaning.

Precision Volumetric Filling

The piston filling system provides controlled volumetric dosing for creams, ointments, gels, adhesives, and other viscous products, with a “no tube, no fill” function.

Heat Sealing & Batch Coding

Hot heating provides a neat and secure seal for plastic tubes, while the coding system embosses the production date and batch number during sealing.
