Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FSCS06 Automatic Vision Counting & Bagging Machine uses CCD vision counting to accurately count screws, nuts, washers, fasteners, connectors, electronic components and other small parts.
The system combines controlled feeding, industrial camera detection, automatic batch discharge and bagging. Its non-contact counting method reduces mechanical wear and supports flexible packaging of different discrete components.

What Determines Counting Accuracy?
Vision counting depends on how clearly each part can be recognized and separated. Part shape, surface finish, contrast, overlapping tendency, feeding rhythm and target batch quantity all affect final performance. For new parts, actual sample testing is more reliable than choosing the machine only from dimensions.
