Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FSCS07 High-Speed CCD Vision Counting & Packaging Machine integrates material feeding, vision counting, preset-quantity discharge, bag filling, sealing, and finished-package conveying in one automated system.
Designed for seeds, connectors, terminals, electronic components, plastic parts, pins, beads, and other small free-flowing items, the CCD vision system enables non-contact counting while supporting efficient automatic packaging.
Working Process
Material Feeding → Controlled Transfer → CCD Vision Counting → Preset-Quantity Discharge → Bag Filling → Sealing → Finished Package Conveying
The line is intended for customers who want both counting and packaging functions integrated into one production process rather than using a separate counting module and external bagging machine.

Line-Scan Vision Counting
A line-scan industrial camera captures passing parts under controlled illumination for non-contact recognition and counting.
Integrated Vision Counting System
Automatic feeding, controlled material transfer, image recognition and batch discharge work together to provide a continuous counting process.
Automatic Filling & Sealing
After the preset quantity is reached, counted parts are discharged into the packaging section for bag filling and sealing.
Finished Package Conveyor
Sealed bags are transferred out of the system for collection or connection to the next packaging process.
