Description

The ZONESUN ZS-PCF01 is a fully automatic tapered paper sleeve rolling and gluing machine that provides a continuous solution for forming cone-shaped sleeves from pre-cut fan-shaped paper blanks. Its automated system integrates blank feeding, positioning, adhesive application, cone rolling, shaping, and product discharge in one continuous process, reducing manual handling while improving production consistency.

With an output of 200–260 pieces/min, the ZS-PCF01 handles paper materials from 60–150 GSM (standard paper, aluminum foil paper, copperplate paper, kraft paper ≤100 GSM) and supports cone angles from 20° to 40° for cup capacities of 3.5–14 oz.
