Description
The ZONESUN ZS-RSV4L Semi-Automatic Multi-Color Swirl Cream Filling Machine is designed for decorative filling of one to four cosmetic creams or pastes into jars and similar containers. It is suitable for body butter, whipped hair butter, cosmetic creams and other swirl or layered products.
The machine features servo-controlled piston filling, four independent 30 L jacketed hoppers, adjustable filling nozzles and customized container holders. Warm water or thermal oil can be used to maintain product temperature, with optional mixing available for formulas requiring consistent viscosity.

Touchscreen Control
The touchscreen interface allows operators to adjust filling parameters and monitor machine operation for different recipes and pattern settings.
Double-Jacket Product Hoppers
Four independent 30 L double-jacket hoppers can help maintain the working temperature of each color using warm water or thermal oil. Optional mixing can be added when the formula benefits from continuous agitation.
Multi-Axis Nozzle Adjustment
The filling nozzles can be adjusted forward, backward, left, right, up and down to match different container openings, filling positions and decorative pattern requirements.
One-to-Four-Color Pattern Filling

Servo Piston Filling System

Frequently Asked Questions
Can it fill fewer than four colors?
Yes. The system supports one to four colors. The final nozzle and recipe setup should be confirmed for the intended product.
Can it create exactly the same swirl with every formula?
No. Pattern formation depends strongly on viscosity, temperature, color ratio, nozzle movement and container geometry. Actual formula testing is required for a new product.
Can the hopper keep body butter warm?
The double-jacket hopper can use warm water or thermal oil to help maintain working temperature. The appropriate temperature must be determined from the actual formula.
Can it fill water-like products?
This machine is primarily intended for viscous creams and pastes that can maintain a decorative pattern. Very low-viscosity liquids may not produce the intended swirl effect.
Can different jar sizes be used?
Yes, but the container holder and nozzle position must match the actual jar. Large size changes may require different holders or setup adjustments.
