01 / CIRCUIT SYSTEM CONTROL BOX

All the components used in this control box are from famous brands, such as Yaskawa, SMC, Schneider, Carlo Gavazzi, etc., which ensures the filling machine runs well and has good performance during production.

02 / AIR FILTRATION DISINFECTION SYSTEM

The high-temperature air heating and filtering system provides clean air and ozone for the pre-shaping room of an aseptic environment.

03 / HYDROGEN PEROXIDE & UV DISINFECTION SYSTEM

All packing materials must be sterilized through the hydrogen peroxide & UV disinfection system, which ensures a safe aseptic filling process.

04 / PRE-SHAPING SYSTEM

The cartons will be pre-shaped in this stage. The packaging materials are sterilized based on an aseptic environment with filtering air and ozone.
