Overview
The ZONESUN ZS-CPL2 is a fully automatic cartoning machine designed for efficient case packing of bottles, jars, and tins. Operating at 10–15 cases per minute, it uses a grab-type packing system with a mechanical suction gripper capable of handling 3 cases per cycle.
The system integrates carton erecting, container sorting, precise conveying, and automated loading to streamline end-of-line packaging. With stable performance, reduced labor requirements, and broad container compatibility, it is ideal for medium- to large-scale production lines.

SORTING CONVEYOR
Separates, aligns and conveys bottles in an orderly single-lane flow, ensuring stable feeding and accurate positioning before they enter the cartoning section.
SENOR
Counts bottles and assigns them into each designated lane, ensuring accurate quantity distribution and orderly feeding for the downstream cartoning process.
