STAR WHEELThe star wheel indexing system ensures smooth and precise movement of bottles throughout the packaging process. It positions each bottle accurately, allowing for efficient filling and capping without any misalignments.

FILLINGThe machine utilizes three 6 L/min peristaltic pumps for 3-stage segmented filling. This technique involves filling each bottle in multiple cycles, ensuring precise and consistent filling levels. It maximizes efficiency by reducing the time required for each filling operation.

CAP FEEDINGIt incorporates a vibrating bowl that efficiently feeds the caps. The cam-driven gripper ensures accurate and reliable cap placement onto the passing bottles.
