ZONESUN ZS-AFC49B Automatic Nail Polish Filling and Capping Machine
The ZONESUN ZS-AFC49B Automatic Nail Polish Filling and Capping Machine is designed for automated filling and packaging of nail polish and other compatible liquid products in small bottles. It integrates bottle unscrambling, dual-nozzle filling, stopper feeding and insertion, cap feeding, and automatic capping into one coordinated production system.
Equipped with an anti-drip filling system and a rotary multi-station structure, the machine supports stable bottle handling and continuous packaging. Vibratory bowl feeders automatically arrange stoppers and caps before insertion and capping.
With a recommended filling range of 10–30 mL, filling accuracy of ±0.1 mL, and an output of approximately 20–25 bottles/min, the ZS-AFC49B provides an integrated solution for small-bottle nail polish packaging.
Changeable bottle holders and starwheel molds can be customized to accommodate different bottle sizes.
