Overview
The ZONESUN ZS-KZ60 is a fully automatic high-speed chopstick packaging machine designed for large-scale production of paper-sleeved disposable chopsticks. It integrates six processes into one continuous system: automatic chopstick feeding, 3-color printing with IR drying, paper bag forming, filling, end sealing, and cutting — reaching up to 600 pieces per minute.
Built for restaurants, food service operations, hotel catering, and export markets, the ZS-KZ60 uses eco-friendly paper packaging materials and enables inline brand printing on every sleeve, making it an ideal solution for high-volume, branded chopstick production.

FORMING & SEALING
Automatically folds roll-fed plastic film into bags, precisely pushes chopsticks into them, and completes sealing.
CONVEYOR BELT
