The ZONESUN ZS-MMN94 Automatic KF94 3D Face Mask Making Machine is designed for producing three-dimensional KF94-style face masks with an integrated automatic manufacturing process.
The machine combines multi-layer material feeding, nose bridge strip feeding, mask body forming, ultrasonic welding, cutting and automatic ear-loop welding into one continuous production sequence.
With a listed production speed of 150–170 pieces/min, the machine supports adult and child mask formats. Material guiding and tension control help maintain stable feeding, while ultrasonic welding technology provides efficient bonding for mask production.
