ZONESUN ZS-MPO12 Automatic Edible Oil Filling Machine
The ZONESUN ZS-MPO12 is designed for filling cooking oil and other compatible edible oils into bottles. It features independently controlled metering pumps, vacuum suck-back nozzles and Siemens PLC touchscreen control for precise, efficient filling.
With a filling range of 100 mL–1.5 L and specified accuracy of ≤0.2%, the machine supports three-speed filling control, recipe storage and real-time monitoring. Stainless steel liquid-contact pipelines and a variable-frequency conveyor help reduce dripping and splashing during production.
The reference capacity is 1,200–1,400 bottles/hour for 1 L bottles, depending on oil properties, filling volume and operating conditions.
