ZONESUN ZS-MPYT900 Magnetic Pump Liquid Filling Machine

The ZONESUN ZS-MPYT900 is a semi-automatic liquid filling machine designed for compatible cosmetic and personal-care liquids, including serums, essential oils, massage oils and makeup removers.

With a 10–1000 mL filling range and a standard SUS316 magnetic pump delivering up to 6 L/min, it features a pneumatic diving nozzle and slow–fast–slow filling control to help reduce foaming and splashing.

The machine supports digital volume setting, filling calibration, three saved parameter sets and no-bottle-no-fill operation. The standard configuration includes one filling head and a conveyor with a maximum load of 15 kg. A two-head configuration and alternative pump types can be customized.
