The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH13 Automatic Cartoning Machine integrates carton forming, product feeding, insert tray loading, product placement and carton closing into one automated packaging process.
Designed for bottles, cosmetics and compatible gift box products, it automatically forms cartons from flat blanks, loads products and support inserts, and folds carton flaps for finished packaging. With a production speed of 8–13 cartons/min, it helps reduce manual handling and improve packaging efficiency.
The customized product loading system accommodates different product shapes and packaging layouts, making it suitable for gift boxes, cosmetic packaging and other customized cartoning applications. Emergency stop and leakage protection switches provide additional operational safety.
