Description

The ZONESUN ZS-PDCM100C is a semi-automatic pneumatic press capping machine for compatible paint cans, plastic pails, buckets, and other large containers. Its adjustable capping height and customizable pressing plate allow the machine to be configured for different container and lid dimensions, supporting lids up to 320 mm diameter and containers up to 350 mm height.

Foot-pedal control allows the operator to hold or position the container while activating the pressing cycle, keeping both hands free for loading. Because the machine is driven entirely by compressed air with no electricity required. Working speed is approximately 10–15 buckets/min, depending on container size, lid structure, required pressing force, and operator handling speed.
