ZONESUN ZS-SUV1 UV Inkjet Coding Printer with Paging Machine

The ZONESUN ZS-SUV1 combines industrial UV inkjet printing with automatic paging to separate stacked flat pouches and paper boxes for coding and product identification.

It prints text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers and database information at 300–1200 dpi, with a listed speed of up to 120 m/min, depending on the application.

The integrated plasma treatment unit helps improve ink adhesion on compatible low-surface-energy plastics, while UV curing dries ink rapidly for immediate downstream handling. Photoelectric triggering and encoder synchronization support accurate print timing and positioning.

The paging system feeds flat products onto a 330 mm conveyor. For block products that do not require separation, the printer can operate without the paging unit.
