DESCRIPTION
Introducing our fully automatic wet wipes packaging machine, which is specially designed for efficient and multifunctional packaging of various wet wipes. The machine adopts four-side sealing independent packaging design and uses water-jet non-woven fabrics, dust-free cloths, wet-strength paper and other materials . Features adjustable settings to accommodate different packaging sizes, ensuring stable production and easy operation.
PACKAGING FILM FOLDING TRACTION
The film is folded into a bag while sensors ensure precise sealing. Blank edges and imperfections are eliminated.
TOP SEALING STRUCTURE
A heat-sealing mechanism securely seals the opening at the top of the film.
BOTTOM & LEFT AND RIGHT SEALING STRUCTURE
Seals the bottom and both sides of the film to improve the shape of the package.
FILL STRUCTURE
High-quality metering pumps accurately fill liquids into various packages with an accuracy of 0.01 ml.
CUTTING BAG STRUCTURE
The integrated arc-folding machine cuts and folds non-woven fabric to specified sizes, ensuring stable and accurate cutting and producing uniform bags that meet production requirements.
