Description
The ZONESUN ZS-XG440H2 Automatic Capping Machine is specifically designed for high-speed and efficient sealing of F-style bottles. Featuring a servo-driven capping motor and precision cap placing structure, it ensures stable screwing even for bottles with raised handles and limited clearance. The integrated electric eye system detects bottle position to coordinate cap drop and screwing, while the bottle clamping conveyor prevents tipping and misalignment during transport. With a production capacity of 10–25 bottles per minute, this machine is ideal for oil drums and similar large-format containers.
