FEEDING STRUCTURE
This machine imitates human hands to take caps and accurately place caps onto bottles. It is suitable for spray caps with long and hard tubes. The bottom guide housing can ensure caps are inserted into bottle interiors accurately.
ELECTRIC EYE
A sensor detects spray caps. If there are not enough caps, it sends a signal to the system and controls the machine to supply caps in time, improving working efficiency.
CAPPING STRUCTURE
The capping structure allows adjustment of the position and pressure of the rubber wheels to accommodate different cap sizes and types. Rubber wheels are chosen for their gripping ability and to provide traction without damaging caps or containers.
CONVEYOR
Chain conveyors can operate continuously, providing a smooth and consistent flow of materials throughout the production process. The length and width can be customized as needed.
