Description
The ZONESUN ZS-YG200A Semi-Automatic Vial Aluminum Cap Crimping Machine is designed for sealing aluminum caps on vials and similar small containers. Its three-blade rotary crimping system forms the cap securely around the vial neck, while customized turntable holders provide stable positioning.
With a working speed of approximately 15–25 bottles/min, the operator manually loads the vial and cap, while the machine automatically indexes, crimps, and unloads the finished vial.

How Is It Different from a Fully Automatic Vial Crimper?
The ZS-YG200A focuses on semi-automatic indexed crimping. The operator still prepares and loads the vial/cap assembly, while the machine handles positioning, crimping and finished-vial unloading. A fully automatic system adds functions such as automatic vial feeding, automatic cap sorting and cap placement, but requires more space, higher investment and more dedicated change parts.

Can it work with different vial sizes?
Yes, but different vial diameters or body shapes may require separate customized turntable holders or change parts.
Can it crimp flip-off caps?
It may be possible if the aluminum skirt and vial neck are compatible with the crimping tooling. Send the actual cap dimensions or samples for confirmation.
Does the machine feed caps automatically?
No. This semi-automatic configuration does not include an automatic cap bowl and cap-placement system as standard.
