The ZONESUN ZS-YTCR15A Automatic Corrosive Liquid Filling Machine is designed for filling compatible strong acids, strong alkalis and other corrosive chemical liquids.

The rotary filling system features PLC touchscreen control, adjustable filling heads, bottle-neck positioning, pneumatic pressure regulation and an explosion-proof motor and drive system for automated production.

With a production capacity of up to 1000 bottles/hour, the filling volume and speed can be customized according to the liquid properties and container specifications. Adjustable filling heads support compatible bottles with straight or angled openings.
