IBC Tank & Drum Weighing Filling Machine

The ZONESUN ZS-YTEXW2 Semi-Automatic Weighing Filling Machine is designed for filling compatible industrial liquids into IBC tanks and 25 L or 200 L drums.

The machine combines a weighing platform, movable filling arm and lifting filling lance with an electrical system described as explosion-proof. Real-time weight monitoring and two-stage fast/slow filling help balance filling speed and dosing accuracy.

The filling lance descends into the container to help reduce splashing and foaming, then switches to slow filling near the target weight before stopping and rising automatically.

The listed filling accuracy is ±0.1%–0.3%, with a reference output of approximately 25–35 containers/hour.

Note: The external feeding pump is selected separately and is not included as standard.

How the Filling Process Works

Confirm the liquid, container, target weight and pump.
Position the container on the weighing platform.
Set the target weight, tare and filling parameters.
The lance lowers and filling begins.
Filling switches from fast to slow near the target weight.
Filling stops automatically and the lance rises.
