DESCRIPTION
This is a desktop turnkey solution for bottle packaging, such as essential oil. It integrates unscrambling, filling, capping, and labeling. Whatever your packaging needs are, you can rely on ZONESUN.
SMALL AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE
Can be used for single/double-side labelling on round bottles.
Can sort bottles, fill liquid, feed caps, cap bottles and stick labels automatically.
The machines can be customized as needed.
BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER
The rotary plate can be customized according to bottles' size. The white component is for ensuring that bottle mouth is on the top during production.
FILLING HEADS
With diving heads, it can be used for filling foamy liquid like soybean milk. The filling speed of 4 heads can be adjusted separately on panel.
CAP FEEDER
It can arrange caps in order and feed caps automatically, saving labor cost. The cap feeder can be customized according to caps' size.
CAPPING HEAD
Made of 4 rubber wheels, it can be used for various shapes of caps, such as e-liquid bottles, sprayer bottles. The capping speed and capping time are adjustable.
ELECTRIC EYE
It is designed for detecting bottles and controlling the machine to work automatically. Intelligent and efficient. The sensitivity of it can be adjusted as needed.
