Description
Compared with other semi-automatic labeling machine,TB-80 can induct bottles and label stickers automatically,It is suitable for round bottles like wine bottles,water bottles,beverage bottles,fruit cans etc.It is widely used in food,drink,cosmetics,pharmaceutical industries.
WORKING PROCESS
The bottle sensor will send a signal to the control system once you put the bottle on bottle holder. Then the system controls the label to be sent out and attach labels to the suitable position. After that, it will return back and wait for the next signal.
LABELING STRUCTURE
Designed for labeling single side stickers on φ40–100mm round bottles. The machine will induct the bottle and label stickers automatically, making the labeling work easier.
LABELING BAR ADJUSTMENT
The rotary knob and screws are used to adjust the position of the labeling bar. Make it more accurate when labeling stickers.
LABEL HOLDER
The screws of the label holder can be adjusted according to your needs, making the machine work smoothly.
BOTTLE SENSOR
The sensor can induct bottles and label stickers automatically, reduce working error and make the labeling work easier.
PAPER REWINDING SHAFT
The paper rewinding shaft can make labels work orderly and improve working efficiency.
SENSOR SENSITIVITY
The sensitivity of the sensor can be adjusted according to the white machine part. This prevents missing labels.
