The bottle unscrambler automatically aligns and sorts the bottles. Designed with 12 indexing positions, the star wheel ensures accurate bottle handling and seamless transition from one station to another.
The filling station of our machine is equipped with a spacious 30L hopper, designed to accommodate a large volume of liquid or product. This station utilizes a piston pump to accurately input the desired filling volume, ensuring precise and consistent filling for each bottle.
Caps are supplied to this station through a vibrating bowl, facilitating the seamless delivery of caps. When a bottle is detected, a pneumatic device swiftly applies pressure, securing the cap onto the bottle.
This station is equipped with a servo motor-driven gripper, allowing you to adjust the torque settings. With precise torque control, the caps are securely tightened without compromising the integrity of the bottles.
