DESCRIPTION

This high-efficiency vial packaging monoblock automates the entire process from unscrambling to crimping, boosting your production line's speed and precision.  Utilizing a linear reciprocating bottle transfer system, vials are efficiently transported between workstations, ensuring consistent processing.  The machine features a vibratory bowl feeder for both stoppers and caps, pneumatic cap placement, and a three-jaw crimping head for secure closure.  Precise filling is achieved via a peristaltic pump with adjustable speed and fill time.  Unlike rotary star wheel monoblocks, our linear design simplifies maintenance and increases reliability. Achieve a remarkable 720 bottles per hour (BPH) output with superior quality and reduced operational costs.

FILLING

The peristaltic pump is chosen for its precision and ease of cleaning. The speed and fill time are adjustable, allowing for customization based on the product and vial size.

CRIMPING

A three-jaw pneumatic crimping head firmly seals the cap onto the vial. The pressure applied by the crimping head is adjustable to ensure a secure seal without damaging the vial or cap.
