Automatic Gear Pump Filling and Capping Machine

The ZONESUN ZS-AFC48B Automatic Gear Pump Filling and Capping Machine is designed for compatible round tubes, small bottles and cylindrical containers.

It integrates automatic bottle feeding, gear pump liquid filling, cap feeding, cap placement and servo capping into one compact production process. The servo-controlled gear pump supports adjustable filling from 3 mL with a specified filling accuracy of ±1%.

The machine operates at approximately 15–30 bottles/min, depending on filling volume and product characteristics. Horizontal bottle feeding, customized holders, vibratory cap feeding and servo three-jaw capping support continuous production.

How the Filling and Capping Process Works

Load containers and caps into the feeding systems.
Containers are transferred into holders and turned upright.
The servo gear pump dispenses the preset volume.
Caps are sorted, fed and placed onto the containers.
The servo three-jaw system tightens the caps.
Check filling volume and cap tightness before continuous production.

How to Choose the Right Configuration

Provide the liquid type, viscosity, filling volume, container size, neck dimensions, cap type and required output. If heating is required, also provide the target liquid temperature.
