Description

The ZONESUN ZS-CSPM4T is an automatic cardboard tray forming machine designed to convert flat corrugated cardboard blanks into finished trays and open-top boxes. It integrates blank feeding, hot melt glue spraying, folding and forming into one continuous process.

The forming mold can be replaced to accommodate different tray dimensions and structures. Handwheel adjustments simplify size changeovers, while the adjustable material bin holds approximately 300 blanks based on a cardboard thickness of 2 mm.

Low-material alarms notify operators when blanks need to be replenished, and the preset counting function helps monitor production quantities. The machine can operate independently or connect with product loading, carton sleeving, case packing and other packaging equipment.
