Description
The ZONESUN ZS-DG4A 4-Head Isobaric Beer Bottle Filling Machine is designed for filling beer and other carbonated beverages while helping reduce foaming and CO₂ loss. Four counter-pressure filling heads operate with liquid and CO₂ supply systems for stable isobaric filling.
Suitable for approximately 0.25–2.5 L bottles, the system can be paired with the ZS-NJJ01 conical fermentation tank for beer fermentation, conditioning and storage. Tank capacities include 34 L, 65 L, 120 L, 200 L and customized sizes.
Typical Filling Process
Chilled Beverage Supply → Bottle Positioning → CO₂ / Pressure Equalization → Isobaric Filling → Pressure Release → Bottle Removal
Actual filling procedure and pressure settings should be confirmed according to beverage carbonation level, bottle type, product temperature and upstream tank pressure.

Control Panel
The control panel provides independent control for bottle lifting and filling operations, allowing the operator to adjust the workflow according to bottle size and beverage conditions.

Four Isobaric Filling Heads
Four filling heads allow multiple bottles to be processed in parallel. Counter-pressure filling helps reduce excessive foaming and carbonation loss compared with ordinary atmospheric filling of carbonated beverages.

Adjustable Bottle Holders
The holders position bottles against the filling heads and can be adjusted for compatible bottle diameters and heights within the machine range.

Liquid & CO₂ Supply System
The beverage and CO₂ connections establish the pressure conditions required for isobaric filling. Correct pressure balance should be matched to beverage temperature and carbonation level.

Filling Pressure Gauge
The pressure gauge provides real-time feedback so the operator can monitor filling pressure during production.

Conical Beer Fermentation Tank
The ZS-NJJ01 tank provides a sealed vessel for fermentation, conditioning and storage. Its conical bottom helps yeast and sediment collect toward the bottom outlet for easier discharge.

Best-Suited Beverages
The ZS-DG4A is best suited to beer and compatible carbonated beverages that can be supplied at controlled temperature and pressure. Potential applications include craft beer, lager, cider, sparkling beverages and soda-style drinks after confirming carbonation level and product compatibility.
Needs separate evaluation: highly foaming beverages, beverages with fruit pulp or large particles, very high carbonation pressure, hot-fill products, still beverages that do not require counter-pressure filling, and containers outside the specified dimensional range.
Isobaric Filling vs Atmospheric Filling
Isobaric / counter-pressure filling is used for carbonated beverages because the bottle is brought closer to the product-tank pressure before filling. This helps reduce sudden CO₂ release and foaming. Atmospheric filling is generally more appropriate for non-carbonated liquids that do not require pressure equalization.
Before Ordering, Please Confirm
- Beverage type and carbonation level
- Filling temperature
- Required bottle volume
- Bottle material, diameter, height and neck dimensions
- Required bottles per hour
- Available product-tank pressure
- Available CO₂ supply and regulator specification
- Whether a separate air compressor is available
- Whether fermentation-tank equipment is required
- Required fermentation-tank capacity
- Required voltage and frequency
- Whether sample filling tests are required before production
Utility note: CO₂ cylinder, regulator and compressed-air equipment are normally prepared separately unless specifically included in the quotation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why use isobaric filling for beer?
Balanced-pressure filling helps reduce rapid CO₂ release and excessive foaming during bottling, especially when beer is properly chilled.
Can the machine fill sparkling wine or soda?
Potentially yes, if the carbonation level, bottle type, pressure and product-contact requirements are compatible. The actual beverage should be confirmed before production.
Does 1000 bottles/hour apply to every bottle size?
No. It is a reference based on 500 ml bottles under suitable conditions. Larger bottles, higher foam levels or different operator workflows can reduce output.
Does the product include a fermentation tank?
The page presents the ZS-DG4A filling machine together with the ZS-NJJ01 fermentation-tank solution. The final quotation should confirm exactly which equipment and tank capacity are included.
Do I need a CO₂ cylinder?
Yes. Counter-pressure filling requires a suitable CO₂ supply. The cylinder and associated gas-control equipment are normally sourced separately unless included in the project quotation.
Can it connect to a capping or labeling machine?
Yes. A beer bottling line can be expanded with compatible capping, labeling and conveying equipment after confirming bottle specifications and line layout.
