This dynamic duo combines a 4-head piston pump filling machine with a steam vacuum sealing machine, streamlining your packaging process. The filling machine features a heated material hopper, ensuring optimal viscosity for smooth dispensing. An integrated material pump automatically replenishes the hopper, preventing interruptions. The 4-head design allows for efficient filling of multiple containers simultaneously. The sealing machine utilizes a steam generator and negative pressure to create a secure, airtight seal on your bottles. This rapid and reliable system is ideal for packaging viscous liquids.
CONTROL PANEL
The touchscreen control panel can be customized in different languages for convenient operation. Visual working data makes it easier to adjust the machine in real time.
FILLING NOZZLES
The position of the filling nozzle can be adjusted according to bottle size. The quantity of filling heads can be customized to improve working efficiency.
CONVEYOR
Made of a high-quality conveyor belt, the chain conveyor has a large weight capacity. It can transport bottles faster and smoothly, and its length can be customized as needed.
INFEED
An electric rotation cover-sorting method is adopted. The working noise is lower, and the cover sorting is smoother, greatly improving the machine's working efficiency.
SEALING
The caps pass through a pre-tightening stage in the limiting cap guide, facilitated by foot pressure and pre-sealing blocks. This ensures secure positioning before the final sealing process. The differential belt pressure plate then tightly seals the caps using two different belt sets, guaranteeing consistent and reliable sealing results.
STEAM & VACUUM
The integration of steam injection and vacuum technology guarantees airtight and hygienic sealing. Steam injection replaces the air in the bottle neck with high-speed steam, eliminating potential contaminants. The subsequent vacuum sealing process ensures a reliable and secure seal, preserving the quality and freshness of packaged products.
