Description
This sealing machine has two heating methods. Down-side heater is suitable for flat bags with a total of less than 0.2mm, and down-upper heater is suitable for thicker bags and bags with folded edges. Both machines are suitable for sealing heat-sealed bags containing PE.
Application
This machine is suitable for coating film,metalized film,laminated film on thermo-plastic film and aluminum film,foils or varnish film,wax coating film and so on.

1.The heating wire and heat-insulating cloth are consumable materials and are not covered by the warranty. It is recommended to purchase multiple spares.

SINGLE-SIDE OR DOUBLE-SIDE SEALING Two machine types are available: single-side sealing or double-side sealing. The standard heating wire is 8mm and can be customized from 2–10mm according to customer needs. CONTROL PANEL The simple control panel provides nine sealing-time levels, allowing the suitable setting to be selected according to film thickness. CUTTING FUNCTION The machine can cut by replacing its components. Combined cutting and sealing helps save production costs and improve production quality. The replacement component is sold separately. POWERFUL MOTOR The powerful motor supports stable operation, consistent sealing, and long working periods. PEDAL CONTROL Pedal control makes the machine easier and more convenient to operate. ADJUSTABLE PRODUCT HOLDER The product holder can be adjusted according to the product, making film and bag sealing easier.
