Overview
The ZONESUN ZS-FM60 is a semi-automatic vertical auger powder filling machine with integrated weighing function, designed for accurate, dust-free packaging of powders and micro-granules across a wide fill range of 1 g to 50 kg per bag. Built in strict compliance with GMP standards, it automatically completes metering and filling operations with ±0.1% weighing accuracy and ±1% packaging accuracy, handling both free-flowing and extremely non-free-flowing powdery materials.
An optional ZS-SLJ15 auger screw feeder is available for automated material supply from floor level to the filling hopper, enabling continuous operation without manual scooping. The ZS-FM60 is widely applicable across food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and agricultural industries for packaging milk powder, solid beverages, glucose, flour, rice flour, feed additives, dyes, fertilizers, pesticides, industrial chemicals, and laundry powder.
