Description

The ZONESUN ZS-FS60A is an automatic cream, ointment, and gel tube filling and sealing machine designed for filling compatible viscous products into aluminum or plastic tubes. Its piston filling system provides controlled volumetric dispensing with ≤±0.5% filling accuracy at 30–60 tubes/min.

Automatic tube feeding and registration-mark detection align printed tubes correctly before sealing. The machine supports mechanical multi-fold sealing for aluminum tubes or hot-air sealing for plastic tubes, with optional date and batch coding. A “no tube, no fill” function prevents dispensing when no tube is present. Suitable for cosmetics, personal care, food pastes, pharmaceuticals, and adhesives.
