Description

The ZONESUN ZS-MB800L is an 800 L stainless steel mixing and supply tank designed for installation before compatible liquid filling equipment. It prepares and maintains well-mixed materials before transferring them through the bottom outlet to the next production stage. The sloped-bottom design supports smoother, more complete material discharge, while 4 support legs with swivel casters provide flexible repositioning within the production area.

The tank is driven by a 2.2 kW frame-type agitator at 40 r/min (customizable 0–80 r/min) for continuous, even blending of compatible liquid materials. The 50 mm bottom outlet (300 mm from ground) enables controlled gravity-assisted material discharge to downstream filling equipment. Tank body is constructed from SUS 316 stainless steel (3 mm plate) for superior corrosion resistance and hygienic food-grade material contact surfaces. The machine can be customized and integrated into different liquid preparation and filling line layouts.
