Description

The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH20L Automatic Mailer Box Folding and Forming Machine is designed for automated picking, transferring, folding and forming of mailer boxes, cardboard trays and similar packaging cartons at 20–30 boxes/min. This automatic mailer box former combines servo control, PLC touchscreen operation and vacuum box picking for consistent carton handling and forming. Different box sizes can be processed through mechanical adjustment without replacing molds, helping reduce changeover time in multi-size packaging production. The machine can operate independently or integrate with filling, labeling, coding, weighing and other packaging equipment. Optional configurations include hot melt glue sealing and an upward-opening safety cover.
