ZONESUN ZS-MSZH30L Automatic Top Load Cartoning Machine
The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH30L integrates carton feeding, erecting, bottom closing, product loading, top closing and finished carton discharge into one automated packaging process.
With a production capacity of up to 30 cartons/min, the machine supports customized loading systems for compatible cosmetic bottles and food granules supplied by an external multi-head weigher. Touchscreen control and quick adjustments without mold replacement support flexible packaging requirements.
It handles 250–400 g/m² paperboard cartons, with tuck-in closure as standard and optional hot-melt glue sealing. A carton-jam alarm helps monitor operation.
