DESCRIPTION

Revolutionize your capping process with our high-speed, dual-lane wad inserting machine.  This innovative machine seamlessly integrates a cap elevator for efficient feeding, guiding caps through dual-lane tracks to a rotary star wheel design.  Each stage operates with dual work stations for maximized output.  A precise sensor system detects each cap before wad insertion, ensuring only properly positioned caps receive aluminum foil liners.  Our double-headed wad placement mechanism accurately inserts pre-cut wads from magazines.  Caps lacking wads are reliably rejected via a rejection chute.  Achieve speeds of 60-80 caps per minute with this robust, customizable machine, ideal for flat caps.  Conical caps require a vibratory bowl feeder (available as an add-on).

CAP ELEVATOR

This automated system continuously feeds caps into the machine, eliminating manual feeding and ensuring a consistent supply. The elevator is customizable depending on cap shape and size.

STAR WHEEL

The star wheel is a rotating mechanism with multiple stations, each dedicated to a specific process stage. The dual-station design means two caps are processed simultaneously at each stage. This is a highly efficient method for automated assembly lines.

INSERTING

The double heads simultaneously pick and place pre-cut wads from their respective magazines into the detected caps. This is the key to the high-speed operation of the machine.

DETECTION

This quality control step ensures that all caps have been correctly lined. Caps that fail the wad detection are automatically rejected through a chute, preventing defective products from entering the final product stream.
